Reservation Terms and Cancellation Policy

Acceptance of Terms: By booking any experience with Luxury Group Ventures LLC, you agree to be bound by these Reservation Terms.
 

1. Payment Options

   • Deposit: A deposit is required to secure your reservation. By providing the deposit, you authorize us to charge the card on file for the remaining balance 90 days prior to the start of the experience.

   • Full Payment: Alternatively, you may choose to pay the full trip price upfront.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

   • Free Cancellation: You have the right to cancel within 7 days of paying the deposit or the full trip cost without incurring any fees.

   • Cancellations between 7 Days after Deposit/Full Payment and 90 Days Before the Trip: A partial refund will be issued, with a $1,000 cancellation fee withheld. The remaining amount will be refunded.

   • No Refund within 90 Days of the Trip: Cancellations within this period will not be eligible for a refund. However, participants may transfer or gift their spot to another person.

   • Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation date.

3. Changes and Substitutions We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary, activities, accommodations, or any other aspects of the trip. If changes are necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide reasonable alternatives or compensation.

4. Travel Insurance We require all travelers to obtaine comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, and lost or damaged belongings.
