Lux Group Ventures and the Director Troy exceeded our expectations! The tour and accommodations were top shelf. The restaurants he picked were all excellent and in beautiful settings. Troy filled each day with a full schedule of interesting and tasty activities. We chose to tailor the schedule to add in some extra leisure time at the beautiful hotel. The hotel was like a little village with several pools and restaurants. The rooms were meticulous and large, we had a lovely sea view. The seaside village was a short 5 minute walk away. Troy makes sure to give you the opportunity to make the most of your time in Mallora. The tennis academy and the Pros were excellent. Good times!! Such a fun way to start each day. The cherry on top of the tour were the other attendees. All were so interesting and enjoyable to spend time with.

This was the most amazing trip. Troy left no stone unturned; in-that he thought about it all. From the private chef, yacht, breakfast prepared daily, laundry done and a pantry for of snacks we were completely spoiled! Tennis was taught daily by 3 wonderful coaches and I learned from each of them. Zip lining and surf lessons were so freeing. Troy had visited every restaurant a few times and had recommendations that didn't disappoint. Now let's discuss the lodging. A pristine & beautiful villa with an infinity pool over looking the beach. Troy was an absolutely outstanding host and coordinator for our Lux tennis vacation in Costa Rica. We were a group of 11 with different needs, and every single one was handled seamlessly. His attention to detail, ability to multitask, and talent for making last-minute adjustments were flawless. From our airport pick ups, coordinating dietary needs with our private chef, our daily tennis rallies and organizing excursions like a catamaran outing, zip-lining, horseback riding, spa day, beach time, and surf lessons, everything was perfectly executed. Troy was always available, before, during, and even after the trip, and continued to stay in touch once we were home. Honestly, I can’t imagine vacationing without Troy now!

Amazing experience! The villa was luxurious— has a beautiful pool and deck. And situated not too far from where tennis clinics were held each day. The events each day were a lot of fun— catamaran sailing, horseback riding, surf lessons— lots of options to choose from. Having yoga every morning and chef prepared meals was especially appreciated. Troy, the group leader, arranged an amazing experience.

Troy was a great host! He made himself very accessible during the planning process. He hired wonderful staff. Chef and Server were amazing. The housekeepers were on top of everything. He stocked the fridge with lots of snacks and beverages. On certain nights, he chose some fantastic restaurants for us and sent a group of us to an unbelievable spa retreat!!! I will definitely be booking again with Troy soon!!!
